Warranty Policy

   Présive products are covered by a limited warranty of 7 days upon receipt for factory defects only. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage. If approved, the item may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Refund & Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, used perfume items cannot be returned. To request a return or refund, please email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
